Lystr is a software platform developed, produced and delivered by Adon Technologies LTD, a United Kingdom private limited company registered under Company Number 12596213 (hereinafter: "Adon").

This Privacy Policy explains how Adon collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when users access or use the Lystr platform. It should be read together with Lystr's Terms of Service.

We may collect account information such as name, e-mail address, login credentials, workspace membership, role information, billing details and support communications.

We may collect store and product information connected to Lystr, including product titles, descriptions, images, variants, pricing, store identifiers, generated content, export status and settings selected by the user.

We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, access logs, usage events, error logs and security-related activity.

Adon uses personal data to provide, operate, secure and improve Lystr, including account management, product import, content generation, image workflows, store connection, export preparation, billing, support and fraud prevention.

Adon may also use information to communicate service updates, respond to support requests, maintain platform security, comply with legal obligations and understand how users interact with the platform.

Where applicable under UK GDPR, Adon processes personal data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations and consent where required.

Lystr may connect with Shopify and other third-party services selected by the user. When a user connects an integration, Adon processes data from that service only as needed to provide Lystr's functionality.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary permissions and authorisations to connect third-party services and process data through Lystr.

Lystr may process product data, prompts, product images, generated images, descriptions, titles and related outputs in order to provide AI-assisted product content and visual workflows.

Users should not upload or submit personal data, confidential information or third-party content unless they have the right to process that information through Lystr.

Adon does not sell user data to third parties.

Adon may share personal data with trusted service providers that help operate Lystr, including hosting, authentication, payment processing, analytics, communications, storage and AI infrastructure providers.

Adon may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order or competent authority, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety and security of Adon, users or the platform.
